The iGen4500 comes with everything we wanted. It is a backup for our solar system at our cottage. The remote start was important as we need to turn on the generator whenever the current draw inside the cabin is too much for our battery system (and its 12V/120V voltage inverter). We have the iGen4500 wired to a delay switch which then takes over powering the cabin. Everything works perfectly.

Easy to do business with,great product

The whole process from shopping, buying and delivery was very easy. Set up generator as instructed and it start right away. Tested with load (ac and micro wave)and it purred like a kitten not too loud but enough to let you know it was happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought it and so far very happy with it. I have had Westinghouse in the past and they have never failed needed a bigger load capacity so looking forward to many years with this one also

Great so far, no complaints. Very good on "fuel mileage", pretty darn quiet. I can power my RV and then some. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a few extra bucks knowing you get the long run time per tank, more than plenty of power, nice and quiet, and knowing you don't have to worry about hurting your delicate electronics.

I was a bit concerned upon reading some of the reviews however once receiving my generator-it started right up and I am extremely happy with the overall product. Nice and quiet for camping as stated. Runs my 15,000 btu a/c in my rv at 25% in eco mode. Was a bit difficult and messy to get the correct amount of oil into the engine. That is the reason I am giving it 4 stars.
