More than expected

The iGen 4500 inverter generator fits the bill perfectly for my needs. I am 74 yrs old and live in a modest size home. The generator runs very quiet compared to an open frame generator. A feature I'm sure my neighbors will appreciate when running. It provides enough power to run my lights, refrigerator , 8000 BTU window A/C and blower for my gas central air heater which would have been nice to have had during our power blackout here in Texas during that terrible freeze. Now as I mentioned at the start, I'm 74 and my health isn't what it use to be. No longer able to tote around heavy generators anymore. This little guy comes with two wheels in the back and a telescoping handle tucked under the front panel that makes moving it around easy.
Another huge plus in my book is the ability to run 15 to 18 hrs on a 3.4 gal tank of gas!

Added fluids, connected battery, started right up

Added fluids, connected battery, started right up with both remote and start feature. Hooked up compressor and it ran perfectly the very first time out of the box.

Impressed how fast it came in the mail. Unboxing and setup was super easy, well organized. Started right up! Love the remote start. Cant wait to go camping with my travel trailer and use this generator!!

So Far.....So Good!

I’m only at Day-1 of this purchase so a lot remains to be seen, but it did start right up and it runs quiet and smooth. I wish it had an overall hour usage meter so I know when to change the oil, etc... I’ll likely buy an hour meter aftermarket very soon. That’s my only complaint so far.
