Have only.used this iGen5000c with a second iGen5000c for one hour connected in parallel on my RV. Previously ran my RV on an iGen4500 (not parallel capable) but my power requirements were more than it could provide so upgraded to twin iGen5000c models. Running in parallel provides all the power I have needed in my test run. I plan to add a second AC unit to my RV and am confident that I will have all the power I will need. When not running everything in 100* temperatures the iGen4500 I had did very well. I anticipate great service from the twin iGen5000c models.
We bougth this in June to use while camping . I was amazed at the amount of power this could put out and the quietness of this machine. I was very concerened about the noise level of a regular generator but this was perfect for us. Enough power for our camper with out the distraction of loud noise.
We have truly enjoyed this generator to cool and supplied lighting to our Ministries mobile closet. We have had it a few days over one year and Now that it’s out of warranty, we are having issues. Hoping that it is something minor so we can get our ministry closet back on the road.
Just purchased last week and have only tested both gasoline and propane function at this point. Hooked up to our camper and tested the AC, and it worked fine. We did have a fan and phone chargers plugged in as well. I think it will run everything okay except will probably have to switch other things off to use the electric water heater.
