I bought this unit in April and just got a chance to open it to see how it worked. I was a little disappointed when it would not start. Customer service was helpful and sent a technical bulletin to show me how to get it running. They have a plug that comes undone during shipping. After watching youtube videos I found this is a common problem. I would recommend they put a lockable plug instead of one that will come off during shipping. I was able to fix it but when it is brand new I should not have to take it apart to get it running. other than that so far it seems to work well with the problem fixed.

Bought 2 of these for 50A service to my RV. 2 100-pound units better solution for me than a single 260 pound unit. Quiet as advertised.

We bought this for our 2021 travel trailer. Runs great, even when under load. Much quieter than our last generator, and so easy to use! The telescoping handle is sturdy and makes moving it so much easier!
