Very happy runs my 32ft Rv like a champ very happy best price point vs Honda or yamaha 1/3 the price win win very Quiet

I am pleased with this I Gen4500 . When I went to put the oil in. Not alot of room for my hands to work with the plug/dipstick. We hooked it up to check it out was very quiet handled the load perfectly. Air conditioner, Microwave, etc

Will not start but it looks great!

The machine will not start when it is cold. There is an electric choke that does not work on these models. your odds are 50/50 that you get a model that has this problem. I am going to start the process Monday. I will let you know how the customer service process is in future reviews.
