I purchased this for a 27' toy hauler to power while we're boondocking. I've barely just started the generator, but it appears to be running smoothly and powering things just fine.
I've owned open frame generators in the past, but this is my first inverter generator, and I will say, this thing is ridiculously quiet. I like the digital gauge and the easy to read panel.
The only downside so far is that the oil fill is fairly tucked away inside of the unit and it can be tough for people with larger hands to screw and unscrew the dipstick. A fairly minor complaint.
This is one of the best generators i have ever used. I use it with my travel trailer when we camp on the beach. it is super quiet so it doesn't annoy the neighbors and i love the remote on/off option. no more having to run outside! its so much easier to move than my original. My only complaint is that the label that has the serial number on it has completely eroded.
Received my new iGen4500 in perfect condition in a short amount of time. Came with great start up instructions and operating overview. I have many friends that have the same inverter and they have nothing but good things to say about it. Can't wait to hook it up to my RV!
This was my first generator and after taking it out of the box it fired up instantly! I ran it on both gas and LP and no issues whatsoever. I would recommend this inverter to anyone as it is very easy to work with, light, and very quiet!
I have just purchased this Generator due to the top of the line features and good reviews. The price was a deal breaker over other Brands. I will offer a usage review after I see how it performs on my RV.
I bought this inverter generator last week for camping and household use. One trip in, I am very impressed. We ran a rooftop a/c for two nights in 100 degree heat, and it didn't break a sweat. Nor did we.
