Received today. UPS damaged a side cover and customer service is taking care of it for me. Started right up and runs smoothly. Low noise as advertised.

Easy start

I bought the IG4500 for an RV Travel Trailer with a 15000BTU air conditioner. It works FLAWLESS. It is he perfect size generator to run all my equipment and the Air Conditioner. We literally sit in the RV and push the remote to start and stop the generator. Couldn’t be easier. The remote is a must. So far the unit has preformed without issue. Back to the RV!

Great generator

Its compact and quiet. Followed the set up instructions and started first push of the button. It has a clean design and easy to understand. I like its size, I can load it in my truck alone if needed. I can't wait to take it traveling.

The iGen 4500 generator arrived in good condition. The accessory box was complete. I just un unboxed it and I hsve not tried to start it.
