Great generator

Meets all of my needs. Handle makes moving it very easy. Very quiet. Wheels could be a little wider making it easier to move in soft soil or sand. The remote feature is WONDERFUL as I use it for my RV. The display provides a lot of useful information.

DON'T PANIC

Right out of the box I knew I was in trouble, my 4500 flooded with fuel and the auto choke was not working, could not start unless I used Manual choke. I sent this issue into the tec boys at Westinghouse and they really came thru. They sent me a e-mail that explained some time the wiring gets disconnected from the back of the starter housing "motherboard". It did take some dis-assambley to reach it but once reconnected the unit roared to life, can't wait to us it in the field. Thanks again TEC guys. Mike W.

SUPER UPGRADE FROM YAMAHA 2400

The iGen4500 replaces a Yamaha EF2400iSHC purchased in 2017 at the beginning of our RV travels. Wish I had had this all along. Really nice upgrade with the added digital readout and it started right up with the included battery. Remote. Handle & wheels. Quiet. Fits under the tonneau covers on our F150 and F350. Really happy with this purchase!

Came with an unusable plastic oil dip stick

Defective manufacturing threads on the plastic dip stick prevent the cap from securing the oil reservoir. Still waiting on Westinghouse to replace dip stick.

Great Generator!

Bought this for our Travel Trailer. Runs the entire trailer with ease. Seems to be built well and is very quiet compared to other generators. Display is easy to read and the generator is easy to start. Quality generator with a great price!

AWESOME GENERATOR

I bought this for my travel trailer. It runs a 15k btu ac unit, all lights and the microwave without breaking a sweat. Break in procedure advises using only 1500 watts. Every accessory on ,including the ac only registered 1300 watts. Super happy i bought something and it gives me what i need and more
