Start-up instructions were very good

This was the easiest start-up I've ever experienced. Add oil and gas check your switches and start. I was really impressed with the smooth start and running right out of the box. Unbelievably quiet can't wait to take it camping in our travel trailer

Just what I needed!

Bought two of the iGen 4500 generators and a 50amp parallel attachment to power all of my 5th wheeler needs and more. These units fired right up after adding oil, attaching battery and gas! The sound level is better than what I was anticipating which makes me and my neighbors very happy. The remote start is a must! Very happy with my purchase.

light and quiet

I purchased this generator based on what information found on the internet checking out all the pro and cons. I was liking for backup generator that is quiet and is to load by myself. I used it for the first time today. It was very easy to load by myself. was able to run my shop vac and circular saw without any problem. I really didn't care that it comes with remote start. Unless I misunderstood the starting instructions nothing should be plugged in until you start it up so you may just as well use the start button on the generator you are right there. the only thing it might be useful for is shutting it off. that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

As nice as Honda

Just recieved. Very happy with finish and quality. Put oil and fuel in and test loaded for an hours. No issues at all. Very quiet. Can have a conversation at normal volume right next to the generator.

Quiet and powerful

We bought this for camping. Power’s everything it should: a/c, fridge, everything.
So much quieter than our older generator. We can actually have a conversation standing next to the running iGen4500.
Starts so easy. The remote is really going to change things, too.
