Purchased the unit in April 2024 and already having issues..... which Westinghouse is not helping well with..... hopefully they stand behind their product....we will see

Bought this last month to replace the one for my living quarters horse trailer used for shows. Used it this past weekend at our show and worked great. I love the push button start/stop.

Very Pleased with the Generator Features

The iGen5000c generator was purchased following a massive windstorm that left us without power for nearly three days. It arrived well packaged, and setup was easy. Instructions were clear and once the battery was connected, oil and fuel added, it ran smoothly from the start. I have yet to put much of a load on it but so far, I am quite
pleased with the IGen5000c.

Good for the price

I bought the 4500 couple years ago. It lasted two years in the carburetor went bad place a carburetor still didn’t work so I purchased this one. This one comes with a three year warranty so if it doesn’t work, we will see.

Perfect Gen for RVing

I have only used the generator a couple of times but so far it has been fantastic. Starts immediately and handles the power needs of my travel trailer. I would definitely recommend this inverter generator to anyone.

Super quiet and easy to start.

I purchased an iGen5000c the first of August. The set up was easy, but I recommend to only pour in about 2/3 of the supplied bottle of oil and check the level before adding more.
When I pressed the start button, it fired up in just a couple of seconds. It is way quieter than my Honda lawnmower. I have it in my back yard just around a corner of the house about 20 feet away from the backdoor. I went into the house, and with the door open, I couldn't hear it over the TV. It easily powered my refrigerator, lights and TVs with plenty left over to still be able to run a microwave, toaster oven or even a small window AC unit.

Great Generator

I bought this after the ice storm in 2021 and it has been used several times since then. It has always started right up when I needed it. It is also easy for me to move when necessary. I would buy it again.
