I am quite impressed with the overall build and performance of the generator; however, it is not as quiet as advertised. From 25 to 30 feet away, with the exhaust away from me and under no load, the eco setting still produces 61 to 62 db consistently. Had it been 55 or less, as advertised, it would have received 5 stars.

Seems like a great inverter !!

Got the oil added and connector prepared as required to connect to my “off the grid” cabin. It started right up and powered everything as expected. Noise level seems the same as my older Honda ES3000i inverter which this unit is replacing. Remote start works flawlessly. After 8 hours of operation I am very pleased with this unit!

We bought this for our horse trailer and are excited for the remote start function. The extendable handle and wheels will make it easy to maneuver and so far it’s a solid machine!

Nice Backup for Power Outages and RV Power

Very quiet and worked well after I fixed the crank but no start condition due to a connector that had come off the auto choke controller during shipping. Minor repair but disappointing. There is a Westinghouse service bulletin on this issue. A 1 cent dab of RTV during factory assembly would eliminate this problem. Would have given it 5 STARS otherwise.
