Perfect for camping

The generator works as expected. It is so quiet!! Bought it for hurricane season and to run our RV when off the grid camping. I think it will serve us well.

Ran for 20 minutes, died, and wouldn't start again

Like the review title says, ran it for 20 minutes first trip out camping. It stopped running unexpectedly and could not get it to start again after many attempts. Pretty disappointed. I guess we will see how they take care of us as far as warranty is concerned.

so far very pleased, it arived on time undamaged. I purchased this product because of the warranty and the fact they have local repair dealers.
