I bought this the igen4500 a few days ago after doing some research and reading a bunch of reviews. I had a champion open frame inverter that operated fine, but it was about 15db louder than this. This thing is quiet and much easier to move around. The telescoping handle for moving it around is a super nice feature. And the wheels aren’t an afterthought that stick out and take up more space. More than enough power for my camper
Purchased this generator to power the Rockwood UltraLite 28 ft 5th wheel with two A/C units. In the test of the Generator, I found that the generator performed outstanding. Connected to the generator with an RV 30A to RV 50A cable. Fired it up and started the testing. It powered one A/C unit and the microwave, but the dual A/C being turned on at the same time caused the circuit breaker on the generator to POP! Understanding since it will exceed the generator's ratings. Did find it really quiet and even when demand was high, you could still have a conversation within feet of the device without shouting, or talking loud. Ran the A/C, Microwave, and other in house electrical items without any power outages. the fuel useage was really remarkable. It said 18hrs on 25% demand. With all that was connected and running, I found the generator fuel level lasted more than i would have thought. Would I purchase this generator again, Yes without any reservations. If you need a powerful little generator that does a great job, maintains economy, and is ready to power your RV, this is it.
Bought this to operate our travel trailer as quietly as possible. this generator worked exactly as advertised. I especially like the option to operate another generator parallel with this one if I need to.
