Great Portable Inverter Generator

Bought this for a home emergency backup. Simple setup, enough power for the key essentials to get me through a power outage. Portable enough for tailgating.

Great product, runs great - but loose plug

It ran great out of the box, but a month later it would not start. Talked to customer support several times and finally I took all the outer panels off and found a plug hanging loose. This must have been loose from the factory and finally disconnected and fell off. It now starts fine.

This generator was packed quite well for shipping and all included parts were in the box as they should be. The fit and finish and quality of the product is evident. I researched quite a few reviews before buying this product and am happy i did so for use on my boat. Hope to enjoy it this spring and summer boating season. Good choice.

Didn’t work out of box

Purchased new. Followed startup procedures. Wouldn’t start. After doing my own research, found auto choke unplugged. Machine runs better. Customer support would never get back to me.
