Quiet and Fuel Efficiency as advertised.

I just received the generator. I was pleased to see the first bottle of oil came with it. Very impressed that it included a special funnel to fill oil and a spark plug wrench. I wondered why there wasn't a 10mm wrench to remove the oil drain plug! Extremely easy starting with the pull cord. I plugged in the travel trailer and ran the AC and refrigerator. It showed between 25 - 50% power load and it ran for 14 hours like advertised. Very quiet. It is a perfect camping generator. The pull handle is genius. However, that makes it very portable. Wonder if they could add a security ring attached to the frame so it can be locked down. Only 4 stars because the gas gauge and all the gas-related information does not work. I was going to review after the warranty was honored but I can't do that until I register for the warranty and I don't get my registration gift if I don't leave a review.

Bought it after Ida last fall. Had it out to run in July in preparation for Hurricane season this year and it fired right up. Hope I don't need it but glad I have it for the likely power outages to come...

I was excited for this generator as it came highly recommended. It's very quiet, powered my rv with 15,000 BTU AC with ease. Easy to move around, the remote start is awesome and then...2hrs in, the engine assembly holding the starter relay completely sheared off. Given the reviews, I thought I just got a lemon. I just received my replacement, and so far so good. Although, I'm cautiously optimistic.

Bought the generator to go camping at EAA Air venture. After the break-in period we used it all week at air Venture and had absolutely no trouble at all. Starts right up, very quiet, and very powerful. Couldn't be more pleased

Looking forward to having a quiet, lightweight, transportable generator during these upcoming FL hurricane seasons. Was using a loud bulky gas generator over the last 16 years and so glad I switched.

I love my 4500 generator. Add gas and oil and your ready to go. Very quiet and the remote start is amazing. Can't wait to hit the road
