Runs great, Super Quiet

I bought a pair of the iGen4500 online and had them shipped to my home. Read the manual, added the oil and fuel and put them both into service right way. So far they have both run like a champ. They seem to produce the rated power easily run smoothly even under the maximum rated load. They are a little heavy at just over 100lbs but I have found a generator for that output that's any lighter and the wheels help compensate when you move it around. This is my second pair of Westinghouse iGens and so far Im very happy with every unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love the features but.....

I bought this with great reviews in mind. I used it 3 times before it failed on my while I was dry camping. leaving me with out power. Unit ran, but would fail under any load conditions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My iGen4500 seems like the choke is stuck. I watched a YouTube video that shows how to fix - but my generator seems to have a different choke/carb. I have no idea how to fix it!

Quiet running generator. Runs a lot of my appliances at home. Bought it in case a storm hit and I needed to power a few lifesaving items. Great price and a bargain. Highly recommend this generator.

We just took it out of the box, followed the simple instructions, and she started right up. Very pleased and will suit all our camping and boondocking needs for our airstream.

I did have starting problems and the support staff (very good) walked me through the solution and now the generator starts perfect and runs well

This Digital Inverter Generator is just what we needed for our remote mountain property! Easy to read digital panel, easy to start and no more going outside on cold mornings to start the generator now that we have the remote!

I bought this for my 37’ houseboat, I replaced a old leaking non reliable 2800 generator, it was loud, leaked oil from gawd knows where, but after careful deliberation I chose the Westinghouse i4500, it’s quite, starts right up and run’s my split unit AC, fridge and coffee maker without even a sweat, would highly recommend,… why you just sitting there.. go get you one.. worth every penny
