It arrived completely secure and assembly and set up was easy. Make sure you read the quick start guide as well as the owners manual setup, they give different steps for the oil addition and oil fill access cover, the manual is correct. I'll try the generator tomorrow. I love my other 7000w generator, thus I bought another Westinghouse.

It works fantastic when it works. I've had for less than two years and what seems to be the inverter has already gone bad. It is super quiet and lighter weight than most. Very nice machine, again, when it is working.
