This is an excellent generator, so many features, especially love the remote start!! We live in Florida and Hurricane season is coming. I now feel prepared. Thanks Westinghouse!!

Initial impression is great

Just received 3 days ago, removed from box and looks new and all as expected. Added oil and fuel and fired right up. So far have ran about 1.5
Hrs towards breaking and all is well.

Seems like an excellent unit with lots of features. However, my remote start does not work. Hopefully customer support and warranty can help me.

Easily Powers AC

When I purchased the generator I thought it would max out when I ran the air conditioner in our travel trailer. However, it handled it without any difficulty and has sufficient power to run everything else in the trailer at the same time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Went online to read other customers feedback before purchasing. Have only taken covers off to explore. The battery tiedown strap was not fastened. An elbow added to the oil plug would allow the oil to drain through the cabinet port without getting oil on the machine. Would be a simple and low cost fix for the oil drain issues and the mess the current system leaves.
I would recommend this to a friend!
