Issue with power

I bought this a month ago received it by delivery about 7 days later. I finally unpacked it she ran great. But once I put a load on it later in the week it kept bogging down and surging . The only item I had power to was my boat air conditioning all the other breakers were in the off position. The ac would come on but the temperature controller would blink out every time the Gen bogged down. I look at the power output it was just .83 showing on the display. Maybe it’s just a defective unit. Yes I would recommend to a friend

Generator works sonetimes, issues that the automatic choke doesn’t work? So I need to use a manual choke other than that it works. But It won’t stay running? I could use some technical guidance from you if possible on what to do.I could use some technical guidance from you if possible on what to do
