Nice generator but with tradeoffs

It's lightweight (for the power), compact, and affordable. But there are tradeoffs.
First, I live in Colorado, so I bought the high altitude jet kit. It did not come with directions and I could not find online directions for my model. I found directions for the iGen4500, but they were kind of a nightmare (and I've rebuilt car engines). This generator is optimized for cost, size, weight, and noise, but not ease of service. It took about three hours to replace one carburetor jet!
Second, buy the model with electric start if you plan to use propane. The propane pressure regulator is designed to avoid letting propane flow when the engine is not running and pull starting only creates a brief weak vacuum, so it's very hard to get it to start, even with the choke.
Have not used the product yet, however I like the dual fuel choice and prefer propane. Product to be used in an emergency situation (residential) when power goes out. A very economical product for the power output offered. Very compact! I will certainly give a review when the invertor is functional. John Lezoche
I bought my generator a week ago so far everything work as should the remote really come in handy I love how you can change it from gas to propane, easy crank great item to have with my RV camper
