This generator/inverter is lighter than my old generator but puts out twice as much power. Its going to be easier to service and has more features. Overall, I believe its a great value.

Nice generator, except....

We purchased this generator for emergency backup after doing a lot of research and comparisons. It seems to be good quality, however the generator would not start. We followed all of the startup instructions and it would crank but not start. When the spark plug was removed it was fouled. This happened twice and finally I went and bought a new spark plug. The generator now starts and runs but this seems to be a common problem I've seen after reading more reviews and comments.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dual fuel and being quiet. Are the best features

I bought this a month ago and I’m extremely happy with it. It was easy to set up and install and starting was very simple, especially using propane.

The unit is very hard to start on propane! I need to coax some propane out of the pancake regulator by inserting a zip tie into the 'vent' hole to 'prime' the engine. Otherwise I waste my time pulling and puling without the unit starting.
Should have used a Garretson style regulator with the 'primer' built in.
Once it is running, it is great!
