Our perfect generator! (after some trial and error

My bf and I bought this generator a month ago and it worked great right out of the box (after we discovered that you can't pull the choke out all the way). Then we started having some issues with the CO sensor continuously going off and tried to send it back but it was past the return time. After some fiddling we finally figured out how to get the sensor to stop going off every time we turned it on and now we have the perfect generator for our camping! It's also really handy that it has wheels and a handle. I honestly would recommend the remote start version if it would be of use to you, but the pull-start version is great as well!

Best All-Round Value for Emergency Home Power

I did lot of research and called the local service company . This generator is the most quiet and is economically priced with a high wattage output.
I am using it for home power outages, so the wheels and handle are very convenient compared to ones that must be carried.
I also plan to only run it on propane so the longer hose and the data center are great features.
The owner of the service company reported that many of his clients are switching from other brands to Westinghouse; and after he summarized the level of warranty service I can expect, I was convinced to buy this one instead of a Champion!
I look forward to test running it this week!

Our electricity has been going out because of many storms. We have 2 freezers full of food and didn't want to loose all that money. We bought this generator and love it.Easy to start and very quiet.

Not a good choice if long term storage is required

This is a not a good option if your use case disaster preparedness where the unit will require long-term storage. The instructions and steps required are poorly explained with instructions not being consistent with the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
