Unit powers my camper as it supposed too. Quiet when operating. Unit is not as light obviously as the smaller units, but still easy enough for one person to carry. Came packaged well, but was scuffed when new and has the blue plastic "spotting" I've seen in other pictures. It's a generator though so I don't worry much about the ascetics of it.
Easy to lift, easy to access the spark plug, the oil filler plug, and the air cleaner box. Single rotary latches hold and secure the side covers. ( no having to remove a half a dozen or more screws and disassemble your generator to get to these concerns) it's lifetime operation hours is unknown at this time, but it will be run daily. 6 to 8 hours.
Bought the Westinghouse iGen4000cv generator about three weeks ago and I am currently breaking it in. It is a good mix of power and weight and I like that I can pick it up by the top handle or use the telescoping handle to roll it on the back wheels. It is a little louder than I expected, but it’s not the obnoxious loud of my other non-inverter generator. I also like the various features of the data center, not only showing me runtime of the fuel, but liters remaining in addition to the digital fuel gauge on the left.
Just purchased for my RV. Very happy with size and weight for the power. Also gappy with how quiet it runs. Easy to setup and get running. Ran for 20 minutes in anticipation of its maiden camping trip with no issues.
