Poor Performance

I purchased this generator in May 2019 and it has stopped starting either remote or otherwise. The rip cord handle fell off, I never used the handle! The fuel float is broke and when I started it with gasoline, all of the gasoline came pouring out of the bottom of the unit! Several other issues, too many to name.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ready for Boondocking

Purchased new from Amazon. It arrived quickly and undamaged. This is a super nice generator! It is however, HEAVY!!... Stats say 96lbs empty but it feels like more. So far I am VERY impressed! This thing is setting the Quiet bar..... I have a [other mfg] "quiet inverter" generator of like output and I can hear it 30ft away while standing next to the iGen4500df, both under same load. ;-)

Very Happy with this product

This generator is great. Switches between gas and propane effortlessly. Also, starts quickly using either the push button, remote, or pull recoil handle. Perfect for our needs during power outages. Runs quietly, but still sounds like a generator.

Fantastic product. Started immediately. The Digital display is VERY good. You know exactly the Power Load and Fuel Levels. The only negative is - changing the oil is not easy. Need small hands or you have to remove the side cover.

Bought this due to power outages after borrowing friends predator 3500 generator this generator is much quieter starts easier has battery charger remote start fuel gauge and dual fuel predator has none of this and much better wheels and telescoping handle very easy to move around VERY HAPPY

Easy start and operation

I purchased the IGen4500DF in September of 2019 and I am very glad I did. After spending considerable time reviewing portable generators, I choose the IGenn4500Df due the very favorable reviews and being one the the very few dual fuel inverter generators on the market.
Set up was very easy with the detailed manual and supplied equipment. Over the past month, I have used the generator to power numerous items. On each occasion the generator has started immediately and has exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Graet features and quiet

Runs quiet enough that you can have a normal conversation while standing next to the generator running. Used about 80 percent of a 20 lb propane tank in 13 hrs. Fuel gauge is not registering during propane use. Hopefully that will change when I use gasoline.
