This is an amazing generator. Have not had to use it yet. My neighbor got the same on minus duel fuel. It is quiet. For all the features you can't ask for a better deal.

Compact Design, Portable and Easy to Set Up

Haven’t needed to use yet, so 4 stars at this time. Nice design, easily moved. Set up was simple. Ready for action. Dual Fuel is a plus and the main reason that I waited for this model to become available.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT ON 10/10/19 WHEN IT CAME IT WOULDN'T START I CONTACTED FACTORY PURE THEY GAVE ME A RUN AROUND AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF CALLS AND RAISING HECK I FINALLY GOT THEM TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL . IT WAS SENT BACK THEN HAD TO WAIT A WHILE TO GET MY NEW ONE .

Started right up after filled with oil, Very Quiet. One problem is two of the face plate screws were loose in the box and I needed to install them.
