Reliable, Quiet, and Easy to Use!

I’ve been using the Westinghouse iGen5000DF for camping and backup power at home, and it’s been fantastic. The dual fuel option (gas or propane) gives me flexibility, and the remote start is super convenient. It runs quietly and powers everything I need, including sensitive electronics. Setup was easy, and the wheels and handle make it portable despite its size. Highly recommend for anyone needing one!

Compact great features

Purchased about this a week ago I'm glad I did Great features very quiet backup generator just in case I need it for the house. I like it because it has the dual fuel very nice. And this generator is an inverter for my electronic equipment.

Although I had no idea about how to buy a generator, I went out on a limb and bought the 5000 DFC model. We’ve taken it out a couple of times and it works great.

Generator for multiple uses

This generator is what I would consider, exceptional. This is a very quiet generator compared to previously owned generators. It is weight proportionate for its size. I did get the dual fuel option, not sure I will use it but its a good option to have. I did notice reading the book that the propane fuel does have a bit of a shorter run time but not significant. There is a very convenient, telescoping pull handle. This is very sturdy handle, and stows away out of sight when not in use. The remote I thought was silly at first but actually using it just to see, great feature and a changed opinion. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased so far and I understand technology changes daily so I should expect the differences from my older generators, but not everyone keeps up with technology advancements, but Westinghouse has taken advantage of the opportunities with this unit.

Nice size, smooth, running quiet. Be a great little our plan for my RV. Not a big fan of the oil fill drain boards, but they’ll suffice.

Great Features especially the remote control

Just bought the Westinghouse generator 5000DFc. It was well packaged. Looks great
I purchased it based on many great reviews and the fact that this model comes with a remote starter. As a Canadian, my disappointment is that the bonus cover is only available in the States. Hopefully the cover can be mailed to my Florida address.

Awesome generator

I love the dual fuel system. Can run it with my propane from my RV when I’m out of gas. Runs smoothly and very quiet. The 30 amps run my RV just fine. Great product.
