Easy start up. Gen is running erratic without a steady RPM. But I will be calling support. This may be normal on early runs with no loads.

Great Features for the Money

I have only owned this generator for a few days, but have been researching this unit and competitors for some time. The dual-fuel capability is a real plus for me, as I plan to use this to run a travel trailer, and we always have propane on board.
Initial setup was pretty painless, and it starts very easily now that we've got it running the first time.
The motor runs very quietly, and the output easily powers the A/C and other accessories in my camper.
The plastic trim around the control panel seems to have been damaged in shipping, but it doesn't affect the operation at all, and I'm sure that this product will see plenty of scrapes and impacts as we use it for many years.
Overall I'm pleased with this purchase, and would make the same choice again if given the opportunity.

This inverter generator has more features, capabilities and power than other similarly priced generators. It's built strong and arrived in excellent condition. I plan on using it to power lights and heat for my pigeon coop.
