Disappointed

When I open the box I discovered the generator was packaged in the box upside down. There is some damage on the plastic housing and The connections on the battery were bent and the battery was flipped upside down inside The battery compartment and I found the plastic cover for the battery compartment laying in the bottom of the bag with some of the foam sound proofing Tore off the cover I was able to fix the connections on the battery and put the cover back on
Now that I had the battery hooked up I put oil in it and hooked it up the propane the unit started right up so I put two different loads on it a space heater And a fan
Separately. Digital data center Only read 0000
No power output and no voltage and lifetime run hours
The propane connection it’s not centered so the cover doesn’t seal it. Sorry it’s not letting me down load pictures.

Picked it up yesterday and unpacked it. Install oir and battery. Started it and ran it. Very quite.

Works well, easy setup and transition between fuel

This powers everything on my 5th wheel. There are exceptions to overloading if running AC and a coffee pot but everything else is pretty good. The only downside so far is the battery doesn't stay charged enough to start it if left on over night. It did work the first 3 or 4 nights but after that I had to pull start. However thatbwaa pretty easy. Overall I am fairly satisfied. I did call support and start a ticket for the battery however they have been slow to respond and has been over a week.

Has it all

I am so happy with this generator. It has all the features that I wanted, runs very quiet on both gasoline and propane, has the longest run time of all the generators that I looked at. Added oil and gas and it started right up with the electric start. It has no problem running my 30 amp RV.
I would recommend this to a friend!
