I just purchased this generator and am pleased with what I have seen so far. Initial set up was very easy and my test run passed with flying colors. Didn’t give it 5 stars since I haven’t used it to it’s full capacity. Will leave another review when I do.

I BOUGHT THIS GENERATOR IN THE FACE OF POWER OUTAGES FOR THE ELECTRIC COMPANY DUE TO HIGH WINDS IN OUR AREA. IT WORKS SO WELL. THE PUSH BUTTON/REMOTE START FEATURE IS EXCELLENT. MY WIFE HAS A ISSUES WITH HER HANDS AND THIS FEATURE IS SO HELPFUL. WE JUST LOVE IT

Excellent generator, great design EXCEPT oil drain

I unboxed this generator and got it up and running today. It started up easily on LP gas (I didn't put any gasoline in the tank). The noise is pretty low and the power seems to be clean enough for all of my electronics I the house. I ran it for several hours and went to drain the break-in oil. That was when the honeymoon ended. Everything else about this unit is nicely designed and easy to access but the oil drain is terrible. I swore and cursed as I tried to get my fingers on the rubber plug and a wrench on the nearly impossible to access drain plug. Couldn't you have made the oil access door a bit wider? I'm going to be looking for an oil extractor pump for the next time. Aside from this oil drain issue, it's a great little generator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great inverter generator

Very easy to use. Remote start and stop is a game changer. Only challenge is installing high altitude carb jet. Takes time. Overall a great piece of equipment

Didnt see many reviews for my 5000 model but the duel fuel plus the ease for someone that has NEVER used one of these before was as advertised. I didnt run a super heavy load on it but for the fridge and freezer and necessites it did it seamlessly. Also wasnt super loud

We got this just after Helene hit. Other generators rattled all night, but we enjoyed a much quieter evening. Powered lights, 2 refrigerators, charged everything and saved hundreds in spoiled food.
