I just received the product today. Instructions easy to follow. Did initial set setup and hooked propane tank. Hit start and it started right up. Only issue is that the rubber battery stap is broken. Will need to contact Westinghouse fo a replacement.

I haven't started it yet but unboxing it has been fine. It was shipped with good packaging to protect it. Only one cosmetic blemish on the front cover but it's a generator and I'm sure it will get plenty more bumps and bruises. Looking forward to using it on our RV soon.

Best generator ever!!

I bought this in case we lost power from Hurricane Ida, this generator has it all...remote start, and can run on either gas or propane...quiet too, less than 60dbs of noise...super quiet..and also energy efficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!
