Fuel efficient, compact but remote start useless

The generator works and is efficient but the remote start use useless. If the unit isn't running, after about 7 hours the starting battery drains and remote start won't work. If you shut down the circuit by hand on the generator, the battery holds charge but you have to then go to the generator and turn the switch back on manually before the remote start works. Since we purchased this genny for the remote start feature it is big thumbs down on this issue.
We even replaced the battery thinking it was defective but had the same issue with the new battery.
I also think that the sound level at idle is much higher than 52dbs. Our comparable size Honda is much quieter.

Good running and fairly quiet

So far running great on half a load for break in haven’t hooked up to rv yet but running two electric heaters with out any problems

Very fuel efficient

We purchased this to use with our RV based on the decibel reviews for noise. Not only was it quiet, after using both propane and gas over a three day weekend, we were very pleased with the efficiency of both fuels. Highly recommend this product.

Quiet Generator

After last week's storm that knocked out power for several days in the Pacific Northwest I decided to upgrade to a new portable generator. This new 5000 dual fuel generator was easy to set up and is very quiet. I feel now I am ready for the next big storm.

Quiet and reliable

Bought this 2 weeks ago and got to test it during a brief power outage. What can I say? Easy to start, operates, and shut down. Very quiet. We are delighted!

Great Quality

We bought this 2 fuel generator for power outages. During the break in period I have been impressed with the quick start process and quiet running engine. Plus it has a attractive shell that doesn't look like a typical generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!
