Good Start

Anymore when you purchase new items it takes a good part of the day to get the item assembled and working correctly. I am so pleased how detailed the instructions, but to the point and how well it was packaged. In less than 30 minutes I had it checked out and started. The Westinghouse Generator is exactly what I was looking for in an emergency generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet Compared to the one we returned!

We just received the IGEN Westinghouse generator and started it. It is much quieter than the one we had purchased at first. Also, this one will be good for technology equipment.
The enclosed case is nice and the unit is more compact. We like the handle and wheels for moving it around. Have not actually used it yet.

I bought this particular unit because of the reviews I read and more importantly, it was dual fuel. I can run it off the propane tanks in my trailer or gas making it much more versatile
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won’t run on LP gas.

I bought this generator based on the many positive reviews, but have to say I am not impressed. Some of the features, like remote start are nice, but after many attempts, I cannot get it to run on propane. The exhaust fumes are also rather strong like there is unburned fuel being expelled.
This unit also came damaged from the shipper.
Will be contacting customer service.

Excited about all the available features

It has been a long time coming. Living out in the country, you never know when you will lose power. It could be a beautiful sunny day and all of a sudden, power does out. No one has control of God's doing and we don't question it.

Filled the oil and it started 1st push of the electric start and then 2nd “pull“ running on propane!
