I bought this last month to replace my EU3000 lost to a fire. It is much quieter and has more features for less money.

Remote start never works

Not a bad generator, but I bought it for remote start and after leaving it on for less than 24 hours the battery dies so you can't remote start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just purchased this generator. But I have not used it yet. It is missing one little part but that should not impair its function. I will leave a review once used.
