Everything I was look for

I bought this unit to run my RV at my off grid camp. My first genset was a 3500 predator. which was under powered at times. I needed more power to run my A/C and other appliances in the summer. I also wanted the L.P. connection, and remote start. the igen 4500 dual fuel fit the bill. also very happy you can buy this unit with out the co monitor, as I keep the genset in an enclosure.
plus the handle is very handy. My camp is all grass and this rolls easy on the grass to the enclosure

Did it’s job hard to get repaired

Reviews were hit and miss for the 4500i. But it is really impressed me. Remote start is a life saver! Surprisingly quiet which was really nice.
With it being all enclosed it can sometimes be a pain to due regular maintenance due to lack of space. Oil changes spark plugs etc.
ALSO MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLOSE TO AN AUTHORIZED REPAIR PERSON BEFORE PURCHASING!!! There are not any major city’s of Kentucky. Closest one to me is 1.5hrs away. Also difficult to find parts I assume it’s kept all in house.
Other than that overall impressed.

SO FAR GREAT

Bought to run all my Rv needs. So far no issues. I did a lot of research and decided on this due to the dual fuel, Price range and features. This also comes with a tool kit for the Inverter and a nice screw in Oil fill that helps keep the mess down. The included battery charger is nice for the unit to have.
I would recommend this to a friend!
