I purchased this generator to replace a previously owned iGen4500 generator. It is the most reliable/ dependable generator I have ever owned. I had over 8000 running hours on my last product and it never left me down. Would never purchase a different brand

I purchased this generator as a replacement/ upgrade for a previous iGen 4500. I had over 8000 hours on my previous iGen generator and it never let me down. The durability and reliability of the iGen products is second to none

Bought this to pair with my iGen4500df for more power ro my Home. The 4500 saved us when power was out for a week in artic freeze of feb 21. It also powers my rv when boondocking. It has been flawless. Great generators.

Great generator and easy to operate. Parts?

I bought this in 2021 after waiting months to get it due to production and supply chain delays. Great unit and worked beautifully for years. Recently had to replace battery and then had starting issues. Very difficult to find replacement parts. Ultimately fixed, but found carb cover overtightened or poorly manufactured. Pay attention to service manual revisions and different part numbers. Still great unit and happy with the purchase.

Awesome generator!

We lose power frequently. Having a big generator that makes a lot of racket I wanted something that was smaller and quieter to run overnight. This generator fits our needs perfect to power 2 sump pumps, 2 refrigerators 1 freezer and some lights. Can't beat this generator for the price.
