Great Product

I bought this for a home backup. I just went through the start up and used it for the first time. It's very easy to set up and use. Everything was easy except putting the oil in. Read the instructions and go slow! I feel really good having this generator for power outages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Meets All My Requirement. Great Buy!

I did a lot of research and chose this unit for what it offers for the price. Since I am a DIY person, I wish the panels opened for maintenance a bit easier. Other than that it appears to be very well made. Time will tell about its reliability.

Just fired it up. I have a generator on my RV but it is ridiculously loud. I do a lot of boondocking and its going to be so nice to have something much quieter that gets the job done as needed.

Good Price, Compact Size

I have been considering getting a backup generator for my house and after reading several reviews, I settled on purchasing the Westinghouse iGen4500DFcv. Initially purchased it in January 2024 and have been trying to find a Fumoto Oil Drain valve to fit this generator to make oil changes simpler and less messy. I found that the Fumoto F124N M10-1.25 Oil Drain Valve, matches the threads in the drain plug hole perfectly and I just installed that today. Although I have not put oil in it and started using it. I am anxious to see how quiet and powerful it really is. The generator seems to be a quality product and well designed. Attached is a photo that shows the Fumoto F124N M10-1.25 oil drain valve installed without the vinyl drain tube installed, which I need to purchase and slip on the extension on the valve.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just bought this and after going through the check list I filled it wit gasoline and hit the switch. It started immediately and is very quiet. it appears to be a great unit. If I have a complaint it is tedious to fill with oil.
