I was a little worried when package arrived the box was ripped open on the side, bottom had no tape & top tape had come lose, only thing keeping it together was one nylon band the other must have broken off. Luckily generator was fine & looked great.
I checked it out, read manual & got it ready for operation, didn't gas or start it I got it for power-outages & didn't want to put gas in just to run it & have to drain tank & carb again to store it. I'm counting on Westinghouse quality name & quality control for it to be ready when I need it but I might use it before then.

Easy to start up and manage. We had a power outage and I operated it for about 10 hours and it worked fine.

My generator arrived in good condition with all the advertised accessories for remote start and dual fuel operation. Adding the initial oil was not difficult and startup was super easy with electric start. This unit is so quiet that I can barely hear it from the other side of the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m excited for the additional Watts of power on the Westinghouse IGEN5000DF. I am also a big fan of the remote start and looking forward to using it when needed for my Home and RV.

Exactly What We Wanted!

We recently purchased a toy hauler and had been shopping for a dual generator. We found this generator online and could not be happier. The 5000 did not disappoint! Generator started right up and put out the power it stated that it would. This generator will accompany my family on many trips to come! Great product at a great cost!
