My husband and I are in our late 70's. This generator is the easiest and most handy for our age. Works great and is easy for seniors to use.

Reliable each time for me

I have had this a couple of years. Other than letting it sit too long instead of firing it up every month, this has worked great. Last night, with friend in need after no power all day, I pulled it out. Battery was low so didn't crank on the first two starts, but one pull on the crank and it fired right up. Ran all night and just refilled an hour ago. Keeping two freezers and a fridge running and my friend is VERY happy.
I bought this for my RV and have run it with AC going at times just to exercise it. Never a problem.

I just received this product and appears undamaged out of the box. I like the dual fuel option and will likely use propane the most. Purchased to use for RV and camping. After adding oil and attaching propane, it started right up. So far running smoothly during the break in timeframe. May add updates after using for more intended demands. Sound level as expected, like a muffled lawn mower. Much quieter than a standard generator.

dual fuel capability and flexibility

I purchased this generator for emergency home back up given the history of our local grid in the past and my prior history with hurricanes in the past while living in Florida. I researched this product carefully and was attracted by it's dual fuel capability, electric starting , relatively quiet operation , and especially it's reasonable size and mobility. It was delivered promptly, well packed and with complete set of instructions. I have not run it yet but I plan to test it's capabilities soon.

Quiet!

Bought this for our camping trip, was amazed at how quiet it was we could literally stand around it and not have to raise our voices, putting it behind the camper we couldn't even hear it. I only got to run it off of gasoline so far but it seems very fuel efficient and I love the remote start!
