Great Generator

I bought one of these last year and it has worked great. Remote start/stop is nice. Very good on gas usage. I bought another one this year for me to parallel them together if needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible horrible company

I have purchased this generator, and have not been able to use it. It started then stalled then refused to start again. That's been over 2 weeks, I have reported it four times to the company and have received nothing but a stock email. We now have no power and no generator, and the emergency support line you are supposed to call when that happens does nothing. I feel taken advantage of and completely unsupported. Shame on you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inverter generator 5000 watt

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it’s as good as advertised.Fully assembled in the box. I added the oil that came with it and gasoline. I pulled the starter cord and it worked on the second pull.It’s much quieter than my other standard generator.It easily powers my 26 foot travel trailer along with the air conditioner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glad I bought, nice and quiet. Puts out plenty power for my mobile fishing wagon - AC, water heater, microwave, coffee pot...etc. never needed to worry about what was on - handles with ease. Only thing I don't like is the motor surges/pulses up and down when there isn't much of a load on it. Not a huge deal just annoying that it isn't a steady / smooth running without a load. Have 65 hours on it.

Dual fuel silent type generator

Bought this to be prepared for the hurricane season. I chose the silent/quiet type and this did not disappoint. It’s not as loud as the open type generators and my electrician got amazed with the noise level when we fired it up. Of course it won’t power the AC but I just wanted something that will get us by and not that noisy so we could still sleep at night.
I would recommend this to a friend!
