The product came on time and seems to be in very good quality. I haven't had a chance to use it yet because I haven't lost electricity yet.

Just worked for half an hour then started leaking

Quiet running!

Purchased this for our 5th wheel trailer. We were very suprised at how quiet the generator runs and how long a tank of fuel lasts.
Wish we would have bought it sooner.

Not so scary and complex

Purchased the iGen2500 for the "just in case" day. That day arrived 2 years later. I quickly read the start-up guide, then added the oil and gas. Hesitantly, I pulled on the cord and it started on my 2nd- 3rd pull. I turned it off, put it in my wagon and pulled it through the snow to the powerless house. I carried it up several steps and placed it on the outside porch where it easily started again. Very pleased. I avoid pull-cord tools due to my size and strength...or rather lack of size and strength! I am a 5'1'', 100 pound, senior citizen woman and found the iGen2500 not the scary and complex item I thought I was going to have to handle on an already disastrous day. Thank you.
