Great Little Generator

I did a lot of investigation before I purchased this generator. It really paid off. I use it every time I go to Canada fishing, several times a year. It runs flawlessly. I am amazed how long it will run on a tank of gas even under a load. Plenty of power and quite portable. I really like the gauges, very helpful. So much I won't buy another generator without them. In fact I purchased a iGen4500 which I use to power my travel trailer. I highly recommend this product line.

great little generator

I have tested the generator couple of time at home before taking my trip where I will be using it for a long period of time, I have tested it with more than what I will be using on my trip and it is handling everything with no issues.
my only concern is that the led control center is not lighting on and showing me the actual level of gas and the load lights are coming on every now and them. I will give it couple more try and will get in contact with westinghouse after that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this generator, for forest camping, I do not do hookups. I am very impressed what this generator can handle, ac and fridge plus charging my batteries.
The machine is so easy to start, and the panel is easy to read.
I like the instruction manual and also the service chart.

Surging and quitting too early to tell

I purchased this two months ago to get ready for this camping season. It just has to run my RV 13500 BTU AC and it does/did. As soon as it arrived in May I put it through its paces and all seemed fine. I put it up until a week before our July trip and got it out to run. After one hour, it started "hunting" around, surging, and then quitting. I checked oil, all good. I then put in a new NGK spark plug and it did start back up but a sputtering start. It ran again for about 30 minutes, started hunting, and quit. I started again and it ran fine for two hours and I put it away until today, same thing, hunting, surging, quitting. I need help, I'm counting on this generator for the next two and a half weeks camping.
I need customer service. I hope this is something simple as I really like the overall value of this unit and very much want it to work out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet, great features.

I bought the iGen2600 in May in preparation for hurricane season. This was my primary reason, and I also wanted a small, quiet generator to use for camping trips. Because of the Covid-19 situation, I haven't had the opportunity to fully put the little generator through it's paces, but so far I am very impressed! After filling with oil and fuel it started right up with one pull, and ran very quietly and smoothly, powering several small appliances. I especially appreciate the LED data center which makes keeping an eye on fuel levels, power usage and maintenance schedule a breeze. If possible, I will update my review after using the generator more extensively, but right now, I am extremely happy with my purchase!
