I've used this generator a handful of times now. I really like the features including the LCD display which shows the hours, fuel level, etc. The only problem I've run into is it didn't have enough surge watts to start my AC unit in my travel trailer. I had read reviews that said it would so that's a little disappointing. But besides that, it's been a good generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Westinghouse iGen2500 Outlasts the Honda 2200!!!

I bought this last month and was waiting for the first oil change before I left a review. So here it is...WORTH EVERY PENNY SAVED! My uncle has the Honda 2200 and he let me borrow it to camp and it would last about 7.5 hours with my setup and with it being completely filled to the top. I did my research and bought the Westinghouse iGen2500 for the extra wattage and front display(of course). With my Westinghouse iGen2500 and the same exact load, it will run for over 9 hours! I cannot sleep that long so if I fill it up before I go to sleep, there is absolutely no worry about running out of gas. I will be buying another one to run parallel on my entire house during hurricane outages.

Helping Hand

Bought this on day 2 of power outage. Now into day 8. Has ran great, never has stopped other than to fill with gas. Love the digital read out. Has helped with the Fridge, Freezer, charging phones, lights and other small appliances. Thank You

Great Purchase

I live in an area where electric may be shut off during high winds, wildfires and many unknowns. This is usually at times where A/C’s are running day/night. Possibly for days. I was in need of something I can carry, quiet and could handle the load I needed. Fit all my checkboxes. I also need it for camping - have a small travel trailer. Thanks

I got this on May and have been using it since then for camping and to manage power deeps at home ( Electric Power Authority have been failing since 2017) Is very easy to manage and low gas usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

just purchased ahead of peak hurricane season. though extended power outages are rare in my area, we do have them, thus this will run the necessities as needed, barring HVAC system.

Brand New, Will Not Run

Received yesterday, filled with oil and gas, and it was hard to start. It will run for about a minute, and then stop. No load applied (nothing plugged in). Have drained fuel bowl per manual, no sign of fuel contamination. Gas is less than a week old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
