This iGen 2500 arrived in good shape. It is easy to identify the working components of this generator.

Intuitive control panel - easy set up

Bought this device primarily due to rolling brown outs in our area as well as longer outages caused by fires in Northern California. The initial set and testing of this device went smoothly. It's slightly louder than we expected, but assume it's still operating within spec. Overall we're really glad to have it!

Just received IGen 2500. Starting the break in process. Everything is good so far with good power that matches the specs. Not as quiet as my Honda EU2000i
but close.

Great Inverter Generator

I bought two of these units a couple months back to get ready for Hurricane season. Put oil in them and performed all steps in the instructions. Both units started right away. We used it to power a 15,000 BTU portable A/C unit no problems.

Wish it was a little quieter, but is way quieter than our larger harbor freight generator. Works great so far.
