Love Westinghouse they are a great American company. The generator is lightweight. Lasts a good time for the compact design. The electronic display is a great feature.

I bought this a couple months ago to have just in case. Now with the upcoming winter storms, I am at ease knowing I have it ready to use and it will do its job if needed.

EASY AS IT GETS!

Added oil and gas and started on second pull! Ran for the 5 hour break-in period varying the load no more then 50% then did an oil change. I filtered the used oil and there was minimal metal shavings (expected in a new motor). I was able to run a Eden Pure heater (1500w) wide open which was 50% load on inverter, that's the largest thing I've run so far. Think it will be a good little emergancy back-up to have!

Wait to try it in power outage

Just filled oil and gas up started soon after, took a few minutes of run time to be able to move the selector swirch off of choke and to the run position, had to run it for several more minutes between choke position and run to keep the generator running finally after that was able to put in run position. Hopefully after more run time it will start and run better in less warm up time.
