I compare all 2500 watt inverter generators and this one was the best. The digital display separates this one from the pack. Great value and super quiet.

A must have

I purchased this Gen as emergency power in case of electrical loss. Live in Houston, Texas area. . Have to live with hurricanes. Wanted the ability to power up the friges if needed and have electricity to run some lights, tv, etc and a real big fan if we lose power. Easy set up. Added the included oil, Some gas. started on second pull. Very nice. Let it run for about 5 minutes, then hooked up a large fan to the gen. No problem, even switched over to inverter and the gen cut back some. Had the gen outside garage on driveway, Could not hear it in the house, Walked down the street at 100ft sounded fairly quiet. At 150ft could barley hear it Up close is quieter than a lawn mower. Weight not a problem. Easy to move. Very pleased with this gen, just hope I never need it for it's intended purpose. I am DIYer so will keep gas in it and just run it at least every two weeks or more to keep it in efficient order and ready to go.

iGen2500 Generator

Great looking unit....Had issue of smell of melting plastic or rubber on initial start-up...I removed end panel at exhaust side and found a large rubber cap laying in the air intake used to cool the motor....i put the rubber cap in the end of the motor where it belonged...Don't know if any damage was caused by over-heating

Compact and lots of Features

We bought this the first of this month and it gave us a great feeling to have this generator on hand for emergencies. Comes complete with everything except the fuel. Oil included. Great purchase.

Quietly Reliable

Started with just a quick pull and ran quietly. I love the digital readout of the tank capacity and running time. Expect to make great use of this on the boat for air conditioning and at home during hurricane season.

Great for what its made for

I bought 2 of these with a parallel cable in hopes they would be able to run both of my 15K AC Units on my camper with everything else turned off but they wont. Other than that they are pretty great units. Have had them for a month now
