We chose the iGen2500 for our RV. Compared to other generators on the market we chose this one because it has higher amp output. Also, the decibels are lower compared to other generators that we considered.

Nice package and quiet. I really like the control panel showing load and fuel level plus the digital info panel. Would like a larger gas tank.

I just got the unit yesterday. Tested with the loads (drills, grinders, saws and a portable cooler) that I expect to use it for. It is very quiet. More features than I expected for the price. I plan on using the unit if I have a power outage for refrigerators and freezer ( not all at one time). I like the display for the run time that is left with different loads and the fuel level display.
For a recreational generator there should be 12 volt battery charger terminals. If there were, I would have rated it with 5 stars.

I bought this generator to give me the capability to run the RV air conditioner in a relatively lightweight unit without the requirement of a double unit with a parallel setup. I have tested the unit without a load and running at 25% load both in regular and Eco mode and found the operation and sound levels comparable to the other high end equipment I have used for years at a much more reasonable price. I especially like the the control panel readouts that keep me abreast of fuel level, voltage and the ongoing load situation.
I haven't tried it on my RV AC unit yet but I don't anticipate any problems. My previous 2000 watt generator almost held in the past but the starting Amps killed it. This one with an additional 500 watt should work fine. Great product.

So happy with all the wonder features, especially the low noise. Just what I needed for emergency home use. I could not help myself, I bought four of these iGen2500!

I just recently purchased so have only run for an hour. It is quiet and and easy to carry because of the tapered design.
