I bought this to run my small travel trailer when we have no available power source.
It is very portable, quiet, easy to start and operate. Has great fuel economy. The perfect size power for portability.

Quiet Running

I purchased this for tent camping in primitive places. It will work great for what I need. It is easy on fuel and runs so quiet. I tested it to see how much a small window unit A/C unit would take. It only took 25% according to the output gauge.

Great emergency generator

Got tired of losing frig and freezer contents because of hurricanes & other power outages, including the Feb 2021 great freeze. So, this month, bought this handy, small, portable generator to power frig/freezer and, if a winter outage, the natural gas furnace.
Added the oil and fueled it up, and it started in 3 pulls the 1st time ever used. I love the inverter technology and the way it can be used in the economy mode to power up the engine to only the run speed needed for the electrical load. That feature works great. Ran it for about an hour and a half at numerous different load levels to test that feature, and ran it at full load. I had poured only a tiny amount of fuel in the tank, maybe 6 ounces, and it was still running when I shut it off.
After cooling off, next start required only 1 pull. I am impressed with the overall quality of this product. I got the 2500 watt model instead of the 2200 watt model, figuring it would put less stress on the engine and allow it to run at lower RPMs for the load I anticipate running it at most of the time.
Also, the digital meter is a really convenient feature for the different running data it provides.

Super quiet!

All the reviews talked about how quiet the iGen2500 was. I couldn't believe it when I ran it myself, it was more quiet than I expected. It was quieter than my neighbors lawnmower, who was mowing their grass right next door!

Quiet but doesn’t deliver rated power

Bought to run ac in trailer. Overloads at 1900 watts. When temp is over 90 generator won’t start compressor. Bought a second one and run parallel and have plenty of power.
I would recommend this to a friend!
