Purchased this a week ago. The features easily beat out the competition of similar generators. Having 2 120v plugs makes a world of difference. The USB's are a big help as well. Runs very quiet and fuel efficient.
Simple to use. So easy my wife can handle it with no problems. The scrolling digital read out is a big help as well.

Wish I had bought this long ago. Super quiet compared to last generator I bought...it sounded like a Harley! This thing is the bomb!

Purchased as an auxiliary for my motorhome to cutdown on hrs. of installed gen.
Unpackaged unit, added the oil and gas. Started right up.
Unit runs one A/C unit and a couple other minor loads just fine.

best features of any i've owned

my last "H" generator worked well but the control panel was sparse compared to this unit......the generator arrived without issues or damaged, it was packed very well....i really like the control panel, very well laid out.....the "Digital Data Center" is awesome with loads of info....very happy so far, i would recommend this generator...

I bought this during the winter storms but it didn't arrive until afterwards. However, we had a big storm this past weekend and lost power. This generator worked like a champion. A little louder than I was expecting, but I didn't really know what to expect as this is my first generator. I'm thinking about getting an identical one for even more power!

Great Features and more running and starting watts

Delivered today. Came with the oil in the box, nice. Started on the 3rd pull. Ran for about 10 minutes to warm up, hooked to a small draw for another 10 minutes ran steady. Hooked up to my RV trailer and started my fan ran for 30 seconds, then started my 13,500 BTU A/C after about a second delay the compressor kicked on and was pushing out cold air at around 1600 running watts. Very pleased so far with the iGen 2500, really like the led readout and that it doesn’t automatically rotate through the display, but you push a button and can leave it on the display you want to view. So far so good!
