Super quiet and fuel efficient

I bought this last month and just used this past weekend. I filled fuel only 1/4 full and ran tv, hotspot and satellite for almost 6 hrs. In eco mode this thing is so quiet and very fuel efficient. Also after extensive research this has better ratings than the other “red brand”. I highly recommend it

I have had the igen2500 for exactly one month so far and I love it! The only reason why I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because when it was delivered and I took it out of the box and packaging I noticed the digital screen had a stress fracture like it had been hit with something about the size of a pencil eraser. The screen still lights up and shows numbers. The box did not have damage that coincides with the damaged screen so I believe it was not damaged during delivery but at some point before it was packaged. I am waiting to find out what Westinghouse customer service is going to do to make things right, then I will update this review. The product itself is great. It is impressively quiet and reliable so far. I got the igen2500 to run the 2018 Dometic 13,500BTU AC on my RV travel trailer, it starts the AC as long as you have the fan on low instead of high or auto. I am happy with the size and weight, easy to lift in and out of a truck bed. It starts first pull with ease. I would like it to have an RV 30 AMP receptacle so I don't need to use an adaptor, but that's not a deal breaker for me. So far this has been a great product and I would recommend it.

Put oil and gas in for the first time, pulled the cord once slowly to get a feel for it and it started anyways.
Very quite and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Great generator but has a pulsating issue due to a poor design gas cap with no ventilation…. Works great if cap is cracked open to allow ventilation

Easy start and not too loud

The generator starts and operates easily. All the tools needed for set-up and operation came with the product, including engine oil. The LED Data center is a nice feature to quickly see operational status. My needs for the generator are occasional recreation and electric tool use, plus emergency power for my refrigerator, a few lights and phone charging, in case of a power outage. The reasonable weight and
noise level were important features for me. I think the product will serve these needs well.

One negative, the Spark Plug Access Cover catch seems poorly designed and will not stay in place during operation. The cover vibrates loose during operation and can allow dust and weather to get in. I will try duct tape to keep it in place.
