I bought this generator as an alternative to the more expensive brands. Very quiet and good on gas for 1/3 of the price.

I am very happy with my purchase. The generator was packaged well with very clear instructions. Quality looks good. Have not used it for long but started well and is quiet. Will use it for camping and outings.

I appreciate the attention to detail in the design and manufacture. The fact it was made in Vietnam and not China is a plus.

I have only run it for an hour or two at this point, but with efficiency mode on seems to die randomly. Fix is to keep that off and works great.

Bought 2 Igen2500 for RV. Both started right up and ran quiet. Have not used on RV A/C yet, but did run 2 portable heaters on just one unit. Once paralleled together, should have plenty of power to run a 15000 BTU RV AC.
